New Camera

I present to you our new camera.  It's a Nikon D3300 that we happily purchased today, and our first DSLR camera.  My precious Canon camera (a gift from Z when we started dating) broke a few months ago, and sadly no longer functioning.  With multiple traveling coming upon us, we figured we would invest in a nice camera.  I'll start practicing manual mode like a crazy woman, so I can hopefully present you with better/higher quality photos soon. 

I'm excited.  Expect to see many posts with random photos (because I will be practicing...a lot).  Life has been a little crazy ever since we found out that our new home will be St. Louis.  We are doing a lot of studying about St. Louis - its housing and rental markets, history, and culture (the latter is mainly my interests).  It has been exciting to prepare for a new adventure, but equally stressful as well. 

We are visiting St. Louis for the first time next weekend, to check out where to live and such.  I'll take some pretty photos with this camera.  :)
