Freda and Jason got married a couple of weekends ago, and I had the honor of being one of Freda's bridesmaids. I flew in Thursday afternoon to help prepare for last minute wedding stuff and also served as an official pre-wedding-activities-photographer.
Their wedding was supposed to be an outdoor until the Weather God decided to pour rain all day Saturday. This obviously made Freda upset, and probably, more stressed out about the wedding, but we did our best to keep her distracted and assured that weather couldn't stop from this festivity happening (and, it didn't).
And just like that, on March 21, 2015, one of the kindest girls I know walked down to marry her college sweetheart (also, one of the kindest guys I know). Freda may be one of the newer friends in my life, but I am so happy that our friendship blossomed to the point I would consider her a lifetime friend.
The weather certainly didn't stop them from getting married and it didn't stop the rest of us from dancing the night away. We were all so full (from delicious food and that CAKE!) and sweaty. Thank goodness for silicon based airbrush makeup and outrageous amount of hairspray that kept us beautiful all night long. It was a spectacular night and so much love in the air.
