Saturday, July 20th, was a rather quiet/lazy day for us. I slept in, had a late lunch, and then my dad took us to the Niagara Falls in the evening. We didn't bother crossing to the Canada side because the US side already offered the beautiful falls. This place is so nice around this time. It offers plenty of sunshine and the falls bring the breeze and coolness in the air. I always forget how massive Niagara Falls is until I visit in person. There is just so much water! Just imagine almost 6 million cubic feet of water per minute falls over the crest line; the thought of it is actually quite scary.
For my mom and Wonho, they were visiting the Niagara Falls for the first time in 10 years. After their move to Buffalo, they just didn't have the chance to see it. My mom was in awe the whole time, and I could only imagine her magnitude of surprise since El Paso was strikingly opposite of what she was witnessing.
