I felt like my day and night have been taken over by this silly Facebook game called Cafe World. Introduced by my roommate Erika, I decided to take upon this ride that everyone has been involved lately. Who would have ever thought that a simple game like this would take over my entire day? Moreover, who would have ever thought that Cafe World would overcome addition to Sims 3??? I guess Cafe World had some features that were simply addicting which obviously I gave in.
I feel compelled to justify my reasoning behind this madness - 1. I needed a distraction to ignore the nonalignment of my pierced ears (yes, I am still annoyed by it) and 2. it's just so random and childish. I'm almost certain this madness will end soon, soon after another mass of homework and project deadline awaiting me.
Meanwhile, since today has been rather an easy day for me (canceled tutoring session and no immediate homework due), I am going to attempt to go to be before midnight. Hopefully this will end my Cafe World madness for the day. Plus, my tired teacher boyfriend already passed out on me so I really have no reason to stay up longer unless if I'm reading a book, which I probably won't because I need to catch up on some sleep.
With that said, I hope I don't continue this madness throughout the weekend because I have much others to accomplish. So someone please yell at me if you see me playing that game again. Thank you.
