This past weekend, I attempted to make another Korean dish called Toppoki. Since I am going to have the hardest time explaining what this is, here is the link to Wikipedia...
Toppoki is an extremely popular food in Korea. It's a common street food, so virtually all hungry teenagers would spend all their allowances on it after school. It's technically not that difficult to make, but I have had an extensive history in unsuccessful Korean dishes.
I really didn't think about portion, so I ended up using all the ingredients in the crockpot. How many people live in our household? Only two. Somehow I was making as if there is a family of five.
For a first attempt, it turned out alright. I could have improved here and there, but I always take it a good sign when Z goes for round two. At least it meant that he was satisfied.
