4 things about our dog

This weekend we took Lilly to a dog park nearby.  We initially wanted to take her to Hermann Park, but it was a mess due to spring break crowd.  Dog park was a better choice in the end.  Lilly was super excited during the drive, despite heavy traffic us humans had to endure.  The dog park was humble looking and was a fenced area, so Lilly had the freedom to run around without the leash.  She played around with one dog at first, and then a flood of dogs joined her soon after.  When we came back home, she was completely pooped out! 

Things we learned about Lilly:

1.  She likes humans more than dogs.  In fact, she's very shy around other dogs.  Perhaps this will change as she gets more socialized. 

2.  Lilly is terrified of big dogs.  Poor little thing. 

3.  She is afraid of birds and ducks too, according Z's observation during his walk with her at Hermman Park a few days ago. 

4.  She WILL chase after squirrels.
