A Jungle In the City

Today I went to the Dallas World Aquarium with Yolanda and her visiting family.   None of us have been there before so we were extremely curious to see how it would be.  When I went to the Houston aquarium a few years ago, I was fairly disappointed with its selections considering being so close to the ocean.  I definitely had high hopes for this one.

We had a marvelous time during our 3 hours spent in the aquarium.  We were highly impressed with the vast array of animals/fishes they had, as well with the facility that contained a massive jungle, essentially speaking.  It really felt as if I was in a jungle exploring all of interesting-looking creatures.  I am constantly impressed by the types of animals that are seen in my life, and I am ever grateful to live in a world amongst variety of living beings.

Originally I was going to make a video to show you all the cool pictures I was able to take, but my computer has been very mean to me and kept crashing.  During uploading process on  YouTube, my computer crashed, again, on me and thus lost my video file.  I was completely stumped – I gave up for now in hopes to recreating a better video over the weekend.

Here are some of the pictures that I consider as best because of its quality, and they’re potentially humorous.  My acting moments shined every now and then.  It was another great day of exploring the city I live in, accompanied by truly wonderful people.  Life is pretty good right now.
