The last two days were spent at the Supplemental Instruction training. About 50 students were gathered to become trained peer instructor leaders to their peers. It’s amazing how nerdy they can be, and yet the devotion is to assisting their peers is quite inspiring. I have lots of respects to the students who sacrifice their time to make sure other students are successful, and it took me to realize just how much time and effort they need to put to see a positive result.
It was an inspiring, and yet very exhausting, two days of trainings. I’m glad it’s over, but I can’t wait to begin observing their sessions and providing feedback!
