Today my office served Tres Leches cake with Brazilian coffee as part of the “Coffee and Culture” series. We are celebrating International Month and using every Tuesday of this month to highlight a certain country. Who knew that this was a Brazilian dessert? Of course the coffee was excellent but the cake was to die for.
