On June 18, 2012, I will be the new Enrollment Management Counselor at University of Houston Clear Lake (UHCL). I will be recruiting prospective students in the Houston area and assisting interested individuals in enrolling at UHCL. I’m very excited about working at a smaller and newer university that is going through lots of changes for growth. I’m thankful that I will be moving down as an employed status and be able to pay our own rent! By the way, did I mention that Z and I secured our first apartment home? This month has truly been a blessing.
The next thing that awaits us is moving! I highly dislike moving, but I’m looking forward to the drastic change of lifestyle. I’m evermore thankful for parents who are always ready to jump in for help, friends and colleagues who keep me stay positive and focused, and fiancé who is adaptable to anything I say or do. Thank you for all the emails, text messages, and phone calls. It feels good NOT to be unemployed!
Yay! I have my first full-time job! :)
