The news I've been anticipating for days

I have been officially accepted and confirmed my acceptance to the University of North Texas. I will be working towards getting my Master's Degree in Education with an emphasis in Higher Education Administration. I and eight other people are the first generation of the cohort program; we will be taking same classes and internship-track together. 

I was also offered a graduate assistantship to work at the Discovery Park. Discovery Park is part of the university but an isolated research campus specifically for engineering and computer science students/researchers. I will be working to promote and develop them to represent the school in the professional world. I get paid and work 20 hours/week. 

It is such a relief to discover a path upon graduation. I feel like my hard work has finally paid off. I feel like this field and school is where I belong after Texas Tech. I am looking forward to learning every aspects of higher education with eight other students. I have never been this happy about my education until now. I can't wait to experience the life as a graduate student in a different place.
