Update of this week

• Today's tutoring session made me feel, once again, very satisfying. My student had trouble understanding on contribution margin. After my practice problems and thorough explanation, he left the room with a smile. It really made my day. Each day, this job reminds me how much I enjoy helping others.
• My first official internship work begins tomorrow. I am attending the freshman orientation to talk to new comers and their parents. It's going to be a lot of talking and 'smiling'. It'll be a long day.
  
• My initial hope of getaway trip with Z is slowly diminishing. The timing doesn't seem right due to many other uncertain plans ahead. I also get the vibe that Z isn't particularly interested in going on a road trip...yet. I hoped that the trip to the beach (or some kind of road trip) would be a great possibility since we have never gone on a trip together during our more-than-one-and-half-year relationship. This is my only time that I get to spend time with him more than a week besides spring break. I guess I had my hope a little too high and too early. We'll see how it goes... :/ .
