Clean house

Me and Erika cleaned the house today. And before that, we had a girls' day with two other girlfriends. We had Thai food and then spent the next two more hours at my favorite coffee shop, Day Break. It was such a girly experience, but I enjoyed the social life. I figured I should try to make this an occasional habit.

Anyway, our motivation to clean the house came from the two existing trash bags that were laying on the kitchen floor - it was smelly and not pretty. Also, we are having some guests over tomorrow night, our former voice teacher and her students, for a college audition. We thought it would be only appropriate to welcome them with a clean house. Actually, I just needed this house to be clean - it was getting on my nerves.

I am exhausted from a 2.5 hour cleaning adventure but was well worth it. 

It's all clean and pretty now. :-)
