Good News

This morning, in spite of the chaotic preparation for my two back-to-back midterms, I was welcomed by a very delightful email.

I got accepted to the Master's in Education for Higher Education Administration at University of Texas at Arlington!!!

It's my first acceptance letter to graduate school and hopefully I will get more good news from other schools. Either way, I am SO relieved that at least "one" school wants me. And, University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) is one of my top choice. It's good to get a first acceptance letter from one of your top choice!

[Ha ha... I was never confident about my ability in the graduate school, and I think this proved that I certainly could be capable of success in that field]

More exciting news follow: I have a phone interview with an insurance company, Geico, tomorrow morning as well as a on-site interview with a small firm in Lubbock.

I am happy that some options are beginning to show up in my life. For a while, I was nervous that upon my graduation I will have nothing to do. I always wanted to do something with this life of mine; I think it is beginning to happen.

  1. YAY! Congratulations! That's awesome! In my opinion, any school or business without their own Wonjee Oh, is a poorer school or business indeed. :)
