To all the mothers out there [including my grandma in far, far away Korea!], I hope everyone had a wonderful day of joy & celebration. Although I feel bad that I only seem to really appreciate my mom during this time of the year, part of me still appreciates that such a day exists to at least keep me reminded. Well, I just hope that she knows that I love her immensely.
Mother Day in El Paso was no different than other days – me waking up late & skipping breakfast (as usual), having big lunch, & spending rest of the day lazy. Just like any weekend days. This really makes me look like a horrible daughter.
We had a brief celebration with a giant whipped-cream cake & spending the day at the backyard attempting to practice some golf skills. Except, I am absolutely horrible when it comes to golfing & today was no exception. Plus, my incredibly-fashionable-dress added a little more laughs to my parents, who couldn’t stop watching me because I simply looked ridiculous.
So, I hope you made your mom laugh & reminded her of how much of a goofy-looking daughter she has. :)
