Friday Afternoon

Yesterday, I drove my way down to Galveston after work.  I'm never a big fan of driving at night, but considering how my attention to details severely lacks in the morning, I opted for an evening drive after work.  I didn't get there until 10pm, but there was no traffic (even in Houston!), and thus I was a happy girl.

Now that Z just left his afternoon classes, I'm kind of at a lost with myself for the next 4 hours.  I was being a good student and completed all my homework and readings for the entire week.  It seems like work is quiet, too, because I'm getting no emails from my boss.  I also woke up at a decent time (anytime before noon is a decent time) and made brunch for us.  So what to do all by myself for 4 hours?  I think Facebook version of Sims Social game is definitely in order.  Or, I might get some leisure reading done.  I've been wanting to read/finish this book called "Blink" by Malcolm Galdwell.  I borrowed the book from Z a while back but never got the chance to read thoroughly.

Yeah, I'll do that. :) Yay for Friday and not being at work!
