Ha! My new driver’s license arrived today. New look, new face, new everything! It’s possible I might be too joyful over a little identification card, but my temporary license has been a sheet of paper. Carrying a sheet of paper for a whole month! It was inconvenient. And, for some reason, people thought I was a criminal or something. Does carrying an identification on a sheet of paper instead of a card makes you a criminal? Weird, I know. I should’ve smiled for my license. Oh well.
Oh yes, also, please note the extremely messy background. Bed that’s not made and purses everywhere… I know I know. But this week is Geek Week! which is a week long of fun student activities celebrating the existence of Geeks! Haha. That’s why my life has been a mess, apartment wise, at least. Tonight is a big picnic with a live jazz band, free goodies (including this t-shirt!), and tons of other fun. After tonight and dealing with 60 high school students tomorrow, my life will be back to normal. Well, somewhat back to normal.
Time to eat some lunch and head back to work! And… Go Geek!!
