Making the pasta (here you go, mom)

To set up the mood for Super Bowl (because I like to make lots of food before the game), I am beginning a series of real food-making starting with the pasta. I think Super Bowl night dinner will be steak.

Here is a brief instruction (for my mom’s use):

Begin sautéing chopped Red Bell Peppers, garlic, & mushrooms. Sautee for about 15 minutes then add shrimps & chicken tenderloins & cook for about 15 minutes. In the meantime, boil Shell-shaped wheat pasta for about 15 minutes. Mix them altogether in a big pan then add salt, pepper, & garlic powder to create flavors (you can add the sauce a little bit before the shell pasta so that meats have some flavors). Add rest of the Vodka sauce & shredded Mozzarella Cheese. Mix it well & leave it about 10 minutes on a mid-heat. Add a few chopped Parsley before serving.

I always like to make enough to have plenty of leftovers for lunch throughout the week. I find spending money on lunch at school to be quite expensive sometimes.

By the way, my refrigerator is looking nice & full. I no longer have to eat junk food.
